Are you an experienced Warehouse Manager looking for a great opportunity in a dynamic business? We are seeking a highly motivated professional to oversee and coordinate all warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and adherence to company standards. If you have strong leadership skills, experience managing warehouse processes, and a passion for continuous improvement, this is an excellent role for you.


Reporting to the National Operations Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and guiding the warehouse team of 25 with day to day operations.
• Coordinating daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping.
• Monitoring key customer fulfillment metrics, ensuring all orders are processed, packed, and shipped accurately and on time.
• Implementing strategies to meet or exceed DIFOT targets.
• Attending mangement meetings with the goal to improve operations.

• Strong leadership and team management skills with experience in a similar role. 
• Confident communicator and ability to deligate effectively. 
• A proactive approach to improving warehouse processes and overcoming operational challenges.
• A strong focus on safety and compliance.
• Adaptability and a continuous improvement mindset
