Bring your marketing expertise to a growing company within the Building Products Industry. 

Role Title - Marketing Manager 
Location - Kemps Creek 
Salary - Up to $120,000 + Super, depending on expereince 

As Marketing Manager, you will be reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, you'll be overseeing all Digital Marketing strategies along with assisting events. You'll be responsible for working closely with the team on strategy, planning, and execution on key marketing initiatives. Within your team, you will have a Graphic Designer reporting into you from day one, with scope to add an Ecommerce Manager towards the end of the year. 

Responsibilities:

• Drive tactical promotional activities and 12-month digital marketing calendar

• Create content for EDMs, social posts and onsite product and category pages

• Liaise with product, data and marketing team for product information and product launches

• Day-to-day store support, ordering promotional merchandise, business and adhoc marketing requests

• Provide creative assets to partnering agencies (media and search)

• Managing social media platforms including Meta, Instagram, YouTube

• Set up and launch online campaigns and promotions

• Liaise with franchise network on digital campaigns, digital marketing activities, reports and adhoc requests 

• Day-to-day website management including uploading products images, content, videos, blog content, Store Locator pages etc

Requirements:

• Proven ability to develop and deliver strategic marketing plans 

• Ability to forecast and measure trends and results

• Capable of strategising, implementing and executing the digital strategy (DM’s, Social Posts, Website Management etc) and maximise the benefits of online opportunities and innovations 

• Knowledge of how to build partnerships and collaborative relationships between suppliers / vendors 

• Must have experience using Migento for website maintenance
