Location: Parramatta, Sydney
Contract: ASAP – 30/06/25 (Potential for Extension)

• Asset Performance Supervisor: $55 - $66.25/hr + super
• Asset Performance Lead: $65 - $75.54/hr + super
  Hours: 35 hours per week across Monday - Friday

Key Responsibilities 
Asset Performance Supervisor -

• Manage quarterly maintenance programs for 200-300 homes
• Oversee assigned contractors and ensure project completion
• Work with Asset Performance Officers to manage and maintain home upgrades
• Coordinate project variations and ensure compliance

Asset Performance Lead -

• Manage a team of Asset Performance Supervisors and provide escalation support
• Work with program management to allocate resources and set quarterly targets
• Oversee Asset Performance Officer activities to ensure compliance with regulations
• Limited site work, focused on oversight and quality assurance
• Experience managing large scale projects required

About you:

• Experience in large-scale home upgrades
• Previous supervisory or team leader experience 
• Knowledge of compliance standards
• Project management experience handling large-scale maintenance
• Tertiary education in construction management or similar is favourable
• Trade background preferred (carpentry, electrical, or plumbing is highly regarded)
