We’re on the lookout for a detail-driven Inventory Controller to take ownership of inventory movements across our site. This role is key to maintaining product accuracy, supporting stock-related reporting, and ensuring our systems are running like clockwork.

What you’ll be doing:

• Manage inventory movement and ensure data integrity across systems (MFG Pro)
• Investigate discrepancies and perform stock adjustments accordingly
• Maintain high standards in inventory receipting accuracy
• Run and analyse inventory reports, escalating findings to key stakeholders
• Support HACCP and food safety compliance
• Contribute to warehouse layout improvements and recommend solutions
• Prepare and support end-to-end stocktake processes
• Actively uphold WHS, food safety, and compliance standards through leadership and example

What you’ll bring:

• Solid experience with inventory systems, ideally MFG Pro
• Intermediate computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Sharp attention to detail and strong analytical thinking
• Ability to work independently and manage your own workflow
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• A proactive attitude to safety and compliance in the workplace
