The Role:
Join a dynamic team as an Internal Sales & Customer Service Representative. You'll build strong customer connections, provide tailored solutions, and manage orders. With a mix of inbound and outbound calls, you'll maintain relationships and craft accurate quotes. If you excel at problem-solving and delivering exceptional service, this is the perfect role for you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Responding promptly to inbound calls, delivering fast and effective solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Making proactive outbound calls to build strong relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities with new prospects.
  • Utilising inventory systems to confirm stock availability and ensure orders are accurate and fulfilled on time.
  • Preparing detailed and accurate quotes while processing orders with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring concerns are managed before escalation.
  • Introducing and promoting new products, identifying opportunities to up sell and cross-sell to meet customer needs and drive sales growth.
  • Support in other areas of the business when required

What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience within Building Supplies or Similar
  • A warm, approachable phone manner that quickly establishes rapport and trust.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple customer inquiries simultaneously without compromising quality.
  • Skillful at transforming customer conversations into opportunities for business growth.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and inventory management tools with ease and accuracy.
  • Outstanding organisational and time management abilities to stay on top of tasks and priorities.
  • A true passion for fostering and maintaining strong customer relationships through both inbound and outbound communication.
