A growing events company with a national footprint is seeking an experienced HR professional who is seeking a flexible, part time schedule and enjoys being the go-to for advising the business. They are in a growth phase due to their expanding customer base, and are seeking an HR Generalist to provide support and structure. 


Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day generalist HR support and administration
• Supporting internal processes, team culture and engagement initiatives
• Assist with employee relations matters and helping resolve internal issues
• Update and maintain HR policies, procedures and documentation
• Oversee onboarding process for both casual and permanent team members

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in an HR Generalist or Advisor position
• Strong administration skills and technical abilities to use their custom in-house CRM system
• Tertiary education in HR or related field is advantageous
• Full working rights in Australia
• Specifically seeking a part-time opportunity, and available to work the listed hours
