I'm seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager who has a focus on innovation and creativity to lead all marketing initiatives and elevate brand presence across all platforms.


Key Responsibilities include:

• Lead and Manage the Marketing Team: Oversee the internal marketing team, which includes a Marketing Executive and a Marketing Assistant, fostering their growth along with innovation and creativity.
• Brand Management: Ensure consistency in brand identity across all marketing channels, including the website, social media, email marketing, collaborations, and content marketing efforts.
• Venue Branding: Maintain the unique identity of each venue while promoting the group's brand to ensure alignment and consistency.
• Agency Oversight: Manage external agencies for social media, PR, and graphic design.
• New Venue Launches: Take charge of exciting new venue openings.
• Strategy Development: Create and implement marketing strategies to elevate brand awareness, increase customer engagement, and drive business growth.
• Reporting and Analytics: Track and report on marketing performance, analysing results to measure ROI and optimise strategies.

Qualifications and Experience:

• 7+ years of experience in marketing – ideally, the most recent years will be within hospitality.
