An opportunity has opened for an experienced individual in Field Service Engineer ready to step into leadership or a hands-on Service Manager / Coordinator looking to drive operational excellence. This role will see you managing a team of 10 Field Service Engineers across NSW, ensuring high-quality service delivery, team development, and a strong safety culture.

Reporting to the Field Service Manager you will:
  • Mentor, train and guide the team ensuring operations run effectively and KPIs are met
  • Oversee job schedules, coordinate service requests and ensure the engineers are equipped for the jobs
  • Assist in diagnosing issues over the phone and provide support to engineers when neeeded
  • Work closely with customers, sales, and internal departments to ensure cohesion with service
  • Drive best practices with QHSE and new process implementations

About you:
  • Mechanical or Mechatronic background required
  • Familiarity with high speed separation equipment, centrigues, turbines or similar rotating machinery - desirable
  • Experience with job allocation, spare parts management and KPI tracking
  • Experience training, mentoring, and managing staff in a service or operations environment
  • Previous work within a Field Service Engineer environment and happy to step off the tools!
