Location: Villawood, NSW
Salary: $100,000 - $110,000 + Super
Position: Full time, Night Shift 

Overtime: Available paid at Time and a Half

Are you an experienced Diesetter ready for your next challenge! You'll be responsible for the efficient set up and operation of moulding equipment to ensure high-quality production outcomes. This role plays a key part in achieving production targets by ensuring timely tool changes, supporting automation processes and collaborating with internal teams to optimise output and maintain quality standards.

  • Full-time role, shift times: 10.15pm-6.15am Mon-Thurs and Fri 5.30pm-12pm 
  • Immediate start available 
  • Overtime available paid at time and a half

Reporting to the Technical Manager, your responsibilities will include:
  • Set up models and program machines and robots in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring efficient changeovers.
  • Operate production equipment to manufacture parts in line with the customer specifications and quality standards.
  • Assist with automation projects, including the setup, adjustment and troubleshooting of robots and automated systems.
  • Monitor tooling, machine condition and process performance, reporting any abnormalities or required maintenance.
  • Escalate issues promptly to Shift Leader or Technical Manager.
  • Actively participate in shift handovers to ensure clear communication across teams.
  • Handle and prepare materials as required, including drying and verifying correct material usage.

  • Hold and maintain a valid forklift license.

  • Apply problem-solving techniques to overcome production challenges and improve processes.
