Job Description

- Temp to Permanent
- $35-$45 ph for perm + 25% casual loading until permanency
- Job security
- Work life balance – working hours 6.30am to 3pm Monday to Thursday, 6.30am to 12.30pm Fridays
Role:
- Fabricate a range of specialised aluminium windows & doors both residential and commercial as required – Cutting, Machining, Glazing, Revealing
- Specialised aluminium jobs include but not limited to; Bifolds, Louvres, Commercial framing, bay windows and corner doors & windows
- Quality Assurance - Ensure paperwork is completed and final quality inspection is checked and signed off for delivery
- Working closely with Factory supervisor and Managers
- Follow all OH&S guidelines and ensure ALL factory activities are conducted within those standards at all times
- Meeting the daily challenges in a busy production factory
- Giving technical advice on the manufacture and installation technics of difficult jobs if problems arise and liaising with the Supervisor and Director
- Strong window and door fabrication experience
- Ability to give and take directions
- Experience with supervising staff
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable to work in a demanding environment
